My new Sacred Money Archetypes Transformation Program isn’t just based on all the high-achieving women I’ve helped over the years.

Don’t get me wrong. The shifts my clients and students have had are no joke.

In the first few months after I learned and started working with my own Archetypes, 4 things happened:

I booked six figures in new, previously unplanned income… without building a single web page

I stopped trying to reinvent the wheel and started pairing my unique genius with proven-profitable business models

I made a single change to my calendar that created massive revenue and big chunks of uninterrupted time to work in my Zone of Genius

I got a Divine Download for my next book… and wrote the first 20 pages in a weekend.
And, by the way: I did this working roughly 30% fewer hours than usual.

What shifted for me?

When I learned my Archetypes, I realized why I’d been doing what I’d been doing all these years with my money, my business and my career.

I learned my own unique patterns of power, strengths and deep-down motivations… and my own patterns of self-sabotage, too.

See, up until that time, I’d never wanted to be called a coach.

Consultant, sure.

Marketer, definitely.

Author. Tech exec. Startup founder. Buddhist Black church lady of Silicon Valley.

All of that.

But not Coach.

I didn’t want to be lumped in with the masses of coaches.

I wanted extra credit for my extra brilliance.

I wanted to stand out from that crowd.

But that meant that when people called to offer me money to coach them, I’d say NO.

It meant that I struggled with certain personal branding and marketing projects, because it was so hard to capture what I actually do.

And it meant that damn near every time I’d talk to people about what I did, I’d tell my whole entire long-winded career story.

I’d tell about my Master’s degree in Psychology, my law degree from UC Berkeley. I’d tell about my time with HGTV, my time at Trulia, my time at MyFitnessPal.

I’d tell about the three books I’ve written.

And then I’d say something like: “I’m a consultant, but my signature approach includes teaching the leaders I work with the skills and practices of inner wellbeing that unlock and evoke their deepest brilliance.”

Rolls right off the tongue, doesn’t it?

Then I did a round of inner work that included learning and working with my own Archetypes, my unique “money code” and why I do what I do in every part of my life that has even the tiniest relationship to money.

(Which is basically every part of my life.)

My dominant Archetype is Ruler, the Inner Empire Builder.

My #2 Archetype is Romantic, the Inner Hedonist. (I do love my cashmere.)

And my #3 Archetype is Maverick, the Inner Rebel with a Cause.

This is where the magic happened.

I learned that Mavericks have a need to stand out from the crowd.

On the extreme shadow side of this Archetype, Mavericks can unconsciously sabotage their own marketing, business and wealth-building efforts by stubbornly refusing to leverage proven business models and categories that are actually a perfect fit for them.

That insight was much more than just a spiritual mic-drop for me.

This insight felt like the tumblers on a bank vault sliding into place with an audible CLICK, opening up a whole new world of possibilities… and wealth, for me.

I realized in a moment of total, instant clarity that by definition, the people who unlock others’ brilliance?

THEY’RE CALLED COACHES.

So I leaned all the way into my Coach-ish-ness and started owning it.

I put a little Tara-style spin on it, of course. Because: Maverick.

I started introducing myself as a Business Coach and Spiritual Strategist to high-achieving women and purpose-driven companies.

I hung out that shingle in earnest, in a premium-feeling way.

I realized I’m really, really good at this… and that I really, really love doing it.

And almost immediately, the brilliant boss ladies I love to work with started showing up and signing up to work with me.

Game-changer.
